DVDNAV problem: subtitles

	Ok, I tested it here against the latest svn mplayer and I
noticed I can't change the subtitles anymore. With "Angels & Daemons" it
doesn't even show through OSD what subtitle I'm using... The audio
selector is fine although.

	With "Revolutionary Road" and others it will show much more
subtitles than it has. For example, using dvd:// it shows correctly:

subtitle ( sid ): 1 language: en
subtitle ( sid ): 3 language: pt

	then using dvdnav:// with your workaround:

subtitle ( sid ): 32 language: en
subtitle ( sid ): 33 language: en

	and if I select all subtitles it will go from 0 to 20, and some
of them has strange names like "_S". The OSD will show something like:

Subtitle: (5) _S

	and some "unknown".

	So mplayer gets severely lost here.
