mplayer29565.19729: BluRay slow A/V desync only with SPDIF

Hi,

Recently by accident I discover that issue described by me in:

post #1175 in http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=123095&page=79

is present only on system with Audio out via SPDIF ( ao=alsa ac=hwac3,hwdts,a52, ) Exactly the same software/movie plays OK on systems with analog out (ao=alsa) A/V sync is OK. This observation leads me to conclusion that Carl suggestion about issue is PAFF related might be wrong.
Now it seems to be somehow related to SPDIF handling.
Using -mc 2 or not changes nothing.

Sytem is: Nv IGP8200, Nv 190.32, vdpau, kernel 2.6.30.5, mplayer.ffmpeg 29565.19729. Movie is AnyDVD m2ts direct rip from Casino Royale BluRay.
