Are you sure subtitles should be shown at all in the sample you uploaded (try touse better names in future, there are a few hundred files in that directory)?The sample ends before somebody speaks...sample-dts-not-valid-dca-frame.m2ts - the file that was used to test pgssubsupport - also does not start with 0:00, but subtitles are shown at the correcttime (or at least with an offset smaller than the start time) with ffplay.
