Doesn't work: mplayer dvb://<HD channel name>
Works: mplayer dvb://<HD channel name> -dumpstream
Then: mplayer stream.dump -dumpvideo -dumpfile video.h264
mplayer stream.dump -dumpaudio -dumpfile audio.ac3
mencoder -ovc copy -oac copy -demuxer h264es video.h264 -audiofile audio.ac3-o hd.avi
And the resulting hd.avi works.
Still I can't demux it in the first step, must dump it. Why?
