I find your example hard to believe: a 25/24 speedup gives, in musical
terms, a difference of 0.7 semitone. It is really only noticeable by someone
with absolute pitch and musical training.

Go listen to it :) Actually you can simulate it in most audio edit apps - speed it up by about 4.5%.

It is fairly obvious - but we are talking about professional audio engineers here. And yes, people with perfect pitch.

Do you opensource types deliberately configure your emails so as to wind up Outlook users, or what?
