Couple of mplayer bugs with multichannel playback

Hi,

Following up to my previous post, I figured out how to get
24 bit wavs and thus flacs from an mlp stream. MPlayer
hits a couple of issues playing the wav and the flac
though. Samples are here:
http://www.csy.ca/~shane/mplayer/

6ch.wav is generated from the original mlp source, trimmed
for space.

6ch.flac is:
flac -8 6ch.wav

mplayer on the wav with channels 6 actually plays ok, a bit
of clicking but the screen gets flooded with:

[reorder_ch] Unsupported sample size: 3, please report this
error on the MPlayer mailing list.

Channel ordering on the wav is correct though. The flac on
the other hand has its channels in the wrong order. I
think it's because flac is using a nonstandard channel
layout.

metaflac --list 6ch.flac
METADATA block #2
  type: 4 (VORBIS_COMMENT)
  is last: false
  length: 84

    comment[0]: WAVEFORMATEXTENSIBLE_CHANNEL_MASK=0x060F

I had a quick look through flacdec.c and I don't see it
supporting flac channels masks. The flac decoder in the
flac distribution itself does support this.

Best,
Shane
