Thanks, Marek. In the meantime i found an even simpler solution... the video is from YouTube, so I just do it this way:
download it with youtube-dl (on Linux) and thenmplayer ifGugzR.flv -dumpaudio
The resulting stream.dump is the perfect MP3!
