I'm trying to trace through mencoder while it is transcoding from avi(Divx5) to mp4(h264), and can't find where the headers are written out for the mp4 container. libavformat/movenc.c looked promising, but didn't hit any breakpoints. Since mp4 is essentially an updated mov, I was hoping to hit something there. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
