Hmm, I hadn't considered that Dolby had made two new audio codecs. I actually don't think they are the same no. It doesn't look like they are according to Wikipedia at least: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EAC3#HD_DVD_and_Blu-ray I think you are right, this movie contains an E-AC-3 audio track and not a TrueHD audio track.
