Because drvc.dll is neither in all-20071007.tar.bz2 I erroneously thought to be best suitable for Linux nor in windows-all-20071007.zip. >> Selected video codec: [rv40] vfm: realvid (Linux RealPlayer 9 >> RV40) > > Well, probably -vc rv3040 probably works for you then (it crashes > for others). Yes, it works, and this codec is what MPlayer picks out with a pre-r28186 codecs.conf. An attempt with -vc rv40 results in the crash. > Now all linux binaries are marked as buggy, maybe you are lucky and > it now selects one that works. Thank you, the codecs.conf from r28639 results in MPlayer falling back to the built-in ffmpeg unless drv{2,3,4}260.dll files from windows-all-20071007.zip are available (nor they are ;-)). Both decoders work flawlessly, at least for this video. -- Regards Ilja _______________________________________________ MPlayer-users mailing list MPlayer-users@xxxxxxxxxxxx https://lists.mplayerhq.hu/mailman/listinfo/mplayer-users
