MPlayer mkv 'link' support

Yes, it's a great feature of matroska, useful when you have a lot of
episodes with the same opening for instance.

Not currently, but this was discussed recently on this mailing-list
(or ffmpeg I don't remember) and Anton Khirnov even provided a patch.
I think he's still working on polishing his patch but it has worked
great for me so far.
