Hello, I'm trying to capture video from a USB capture card connected to a DVD player connected to a composite input. The mencoder command I'm using is: mencoder -tv driver=v4l2:width=720:height=576:norm=NTSC-M -nosound -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4:vbitrate=6000 -o testcap.avi -vf pp=fd tv:// (full mencoder -v output below) The resulting video has a green bar or flickering at the top of the picture: http://www.beavertabs.com/~keith/testcap.avi Am I missing something in the mencoder command or would this perhaps be a driver issue?
