The patch titled
     Subject: revert "memcg: track children in soft limit excess to improve soft limit"
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     revert-memcg-track-children-in-soft-limit-excess-to-improve-soft-limit.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
