The patch titled
     Subject: mm-vmalloc-dont-warn-about-vmalloc-allocation-failure-twice-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-vmalloc-dont-warn-about-vmalloc-allocation-failure-twice-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because of confusion
