The patch titled
     Subject: drivers/staging/lustre/lustre/ptlrpc/sec_bulk.c: rename PTRS_PER_PAGE
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     drivers-staging-lustre-lustre-ptlrpc-sec_bulkc-rename-ptrs_per_page.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

It duplicates the definition in arch/alpha/include/asm/pgtable.h and emits
warnings.
