The patch titled
     Subject: ipc,shm: make shmctl_nolock lockless
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ipcshm-make-shmctl_nolock-lockless.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: ipc,shm: make shmctl_nolock lockless

While the INFO cmd doesn't take the ipc lock, the STAT commands do acquire
it unnecessarily.  We can do the permissions and security checks only
holding the rcu lock.
