The patch titled
     Subject: mm/madvise.c: fix coding-style errors
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-madvisec-fix-coding-style-errors.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: mm/madvise.c: fix coding-style errors

This fixes following errors:
	- ERROR: "(foo*)" should be "(foo *)"
	- ERROR: "foo ** bar" should be "foo **bar"
