The patch titled
     Subject: mm/sparse: introduce alloc_usemap_and_memmap fix-2
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-sparse-introduce-alloc_usemap_and_memmap-fix-2.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-sparse-introduce-alloc_usemap_and_memmap.patch
