The patch titled
     Subject: shrinker-convert-remaining-shrinkers-to-count-scan-api-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     shrinker-convert-remaining-shrinkers-to-count-scan-api-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into shrinker-convert-remaining-shrinkers-to-count-scan-api.patch
