The patch titled
     Subject: mm, hugetlb: fix subpool accounting handling
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mm-hugetlb-fix-subpool-accounting-handling.patch

This patch should soon appear at

and later at

Subject: mm, hugetlb: fix subpool accounting handling

If we alloc hugepage with avoid_reserve, we don't dequeue reserved one. 
So, we should check subpool counter when avoid_reserve.  This patch
implement it.
