The patch titled
     Subject: pktcdvd: convert pr_info to pkt_info
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     pktcdvd-convert-pr_info-to-pkt_info.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/pktcdvd-convert-pr_info-to-pkt_info.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/pktcdvd-convert-pr_info-to-pkt_info.patch
