The patch titled
     Subject: include/linux/mmzone.h: cleanups
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
     include-linux-mmzoneh-cleanups.patch

This patch was dropped because it has gone stale

------------------------------------------------------
From: Andrew Morton <akpm@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
Subject: include/linux/mmzone.h: cleanups

- implement zone_idx() in C to fix its references-args-twice macro bug

- use zone_idx() in is_highmem() to remove large amounts of silly fluff.
