The patch titled
     Subject: reboot: remove -stable friendly PF_THREAD_BOUND define
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     reboot-remove-stable-friendly-pf_thread_bound-define.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
