The patch titled
     Subject: memcg: kill memcg refcnt
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     memcg-kill-memcg-refcnt.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: memcg: kill memcg refcnt

Now memcg has the same life cycle as its corresponding cgroup.
Kill the useless refcnt.
