The patch titled
     Subject: include/linux/mm.h: add PAGE_ALIGNED() helper
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     include-linux-mmh-add-page_aligned-helper.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
