The patch titled
     Subject: mm/page_alloc: relocate comment to be directly above code it refers to.
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-page_alloc-relocate-comment-to-be-directly-above-code-it-refers-to.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
