Subject: signals: eventpoll: do not use sigprocmask()

sigprocmask() should die. None of the current callers actually
need this strange interface.

Change fs/eventpoll.c to use set_current_blocked(). This also
means we should not worry about SIGKILL/SIGSTOP.
