The patch titled
     Subject: frontswap: make frontswap_init use a pointer for the ops
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     frontswap-make-frontswap_init-use-a-pointer-for-the-ops.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

This simplifies the code in the frontswap - we can get rid of the
'backend_registered' test and instead check against frontswap_ops.
