The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-hugetlb-add-more-arch-defined-huge_pte-functions-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-hugetlb-add-more-arch-defined-huge_pte-functions.patch
