[merged] mm-memory_hotplug-use-ensure_zone_is_initialized.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm/memory_hotplug: use ensure_zone_is_initialized()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-memory_hotplug-use-ensure_zone_is_initialized.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
