has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     memory-hotplug-remove-redundant-codes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: memory-hotplug: remove redundant codes

offlining memory blocks and checking whether memory blocks are offlined
are very similar.  This patch introduces a new function to remove
redundant codes.
