The patch titled
     Subject: mm/memory_hotplug: use pgdat_end_pfn() instead of open coding the same.
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mm-memory_hotplug-use-pgdat_end_pfn-instead-of-open-coding-the-same.patch
