The patch titled
     Subject: Bug fix: Do not free direct mapping pages twice.
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     memory-hotplug-common-apis-to-support-page-tables-hot-remove-fix-fix-fix.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
   a) Consider who else should be cc'ed

The -mm tree is included into linux-next and is updated
there every 3-4 working days

Subject: Bug fix: Do not free direct mapping pages twice.

Direct mapped pages were freed when they were offlined, or they were not
allocated.  So we only need to free vmemmap pages, no need to free direct
mapped pages.
