[merged] maintainers-fix-arch-arm-plat-omap-include-plat-omap_hwmodh.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: MAINTAINERS: fix arch/arm/plat-omap/include/plat/omap_hwmod.h
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     maintainers-fix-arch-arm-plat-omap-include-plat-omap_hwmodh.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
