[merged] slb-always-get-the-cache-from-its-page-in-kmem_cache_free.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: sl[au]b: always get the cache from its page in kmem_cache_free()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     slb-always-get-the-cache-from-its-page-in-kmem_cache_free.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: sl[au]b: always get the cache from its page in kmem_cache_free()

struct page already has this information.  If we start chaining caches,
this information will always be more trustworthy than whatever is passed
into the function.
