The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     drivers-firmware-dmi_scanc-fetch-dmi-version-from-smbios-if-it-exists-checkpatch-fixes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into drivers-firmware-dmi_scanc-fetch-dmi-version-from-smbios-if-it-exists.patch
