The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     swap-add-a-simple-detector-for-inappropriate-swapin-readahead-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into swap-add-a-simple-detector-for-inappropriate-swapin-readahead.patch
