The patch titled
     Subject: memcg: simplify ida initialization
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     memcg-allocate-memory-for-memcg-caches-whenever-a-new-memcg-appears-simplify-ida-initialization.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into memcg-allocate-memory-for-memcg-caches-whenever-a-new-memcg-appears.patch
