has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
simple_strto-annotate-function-as-obsolete.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Update the documentation for simple_strto* to reflect that it has been
obsoleted and advise the usage of kstrto*.
