The patch titled
     Subject: dmatest: implement two helpers to unmap dma memory
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     dmatest-implement-two-helpers-to-unmap-dma-memory.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
