The patch titled
     Subject: memory_hotplug: handle empty zone when online_movable/online_kernel
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     memory_hotplug-handle-empty-zone-when-online_movable-online_kernel.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
