The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-augment-vma-rbtree-with-rb_subtree_gap-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-augment-vma-rbtree-with-rb_subtree_gap.patch
