The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     pidns-limit-the-nesting-depth-of-pid-namespaces-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into pidns-limit-the-nesting-depth-of-pid-namespaces.patch
