The patch titled
     Subject: printk: rename LOG_ALIGN to PRINTK_LOG_ALIGN
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     printk-rename-log_align-to-printk_log_align.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged
