The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-fix-nonuniform-page-status-when-writing-new-file-with-small-buffer-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-fix-nonuniform-page-status-when-writing-new-file-with-small-buffer.patch
