[merged] omfs-convert-to-use-bexx_add_cpu.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: omfs: convert to use beXX_add_cpu()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     omfs-convert-to-use-bexx_add_cpu.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Convert cpu_to_beXX(beXX_to_cpu(E1) + E2) to use beXX_add_cpu().
