[merged] sections-fix-section-conflicts-in-drivers-macintosh.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: sections: fix section conflicts in drivers/macintosh
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     sections-fix-section-conflicts-in-drivers-macintosh.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
