The patch titled
     Subject: mm/memcg: complete documentation for tcp memcg files
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-memcg-complete-documentation-for-tcp-memcg-files.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
