The patch titled
     Subject: memcg-add-mem_cgroup_from_css-helper-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     memcg-add-mem_cgroup_from_css-helper-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into memcg-add-mem_cgroup_from_css-helper.patch
