The patch titled
     Subject: drivers/media/video/ov9640.c: fix missing break
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     drivers-media-video-ov9640c-fix-missing-break.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
